WTB-PO: DL360 G5 Servers - PO IN HAND

I have an IMMEDIATE need for QTY (5) of the following:

HP Proliant DL360 G5 Server
2x Intel Xeon E5440 (E5420 or E5450 will also work)
4GB RAM
2x 72GB 10K SAS
P400 RAID w/ 512MB BBC
DVD-CDRW Combo
2x PSU

Target is $400 per unit.  Please advise if you can ship TODAY.
