WTB: 50k to spend/Desktops

I have roughly 50k to spend in my procurement account.

I -ONLY- need desktops.

I am interested in Pentium 4, Core Duo, Core 2 Duo, AMD, Phenom 3, etc.

I am interested in consumer type product.

Some examples are:

Dell GX620 , GX745, Models like Inspiron, Dimention.
All things pretty, shiney, with bows and ribbons.

Units MUST PACK POWER, MUST BE in GRADE-A CONDITION, MUST BE COMPLETE, and
Pricing MUST BE AGRESSIVE.
